We here at Smiling Hill are pleased to announce our first blogsite. We hope that family and friends will enjoy our array of family "pics" and selected adventures. In the spirit of Smiling Hill, we hope that every blog is full of ridiculous sunshine. For those interested in SH lore, the title "Smiling Hill" was the name of a family farm nestled in the rolling hills of yesteryear (sigh). Although closed years ago, may the spirit of SH open your hearts and capture your imaginations, literally.

A wheelchair! Why didn't I think of that? Kellen and I went to Universal Studios Orlando when I was 5 months pregnant and my feet were so swollen by midday that I think we sat on every bench from The Wizarding World of Harry Potter to Dr. Seuss' Landing. It was way fun though :-) Looks like y'all had fun, too.
